Frontier Service serving All Counties in New Jersey; with local Support Coordinators knowledgeable in local programs and services.
Support Coordination is provided to individuals with developmental disabilities who have been approved by Division of Developmental Disabilities and the New Jersey Department of Human Services Division of Medical Assistance and Health Services. Individuals have completed their NJCAT to determine their budget.
Our mission is enable persons with developmental disabilities to become more integrated in the community and provide opportunities to reach their personal goals.
